Palliative Care Services for People Experiencing Homelessness in Toronto: A preliminary needs assessment

Recognizing the complex social and health care circumstances of people experiencing homelessness in Toronto, this report aims to identify the state of the palliative care services available to this population. This preliminary needs assessment brings together a literature review alongside key informant consultations to understand the current needs, barriers and areas of success in palliative care services for people who are homeless in Toronto.
