Description:
This guideline provides evidence-based recommendations for registered nurses and registered practical nurses on best nursing practices for adult's end-of-life care during the last days and hours. Also posted with this guideline is an End-of-Life Care Fact Sheet for Nurses which provides a brief overview of palliative and end-of-life care, and signs of approaching death. Both documents are available on-line at no cost.
