Description:
Winnipeg region's Personal Care Home and Palliative Care Programs collaborated to create final days of care symptom management pathways for pain, delirium, secretions, nausea and vomiting, and dyspnea as well as educational resources related to medications commonly used, food and fluid intake, and spiritual care.
