The Healing Circle
Description:
This book follows the format of a “Skills for Healing Weekend Retreat” developed and led by the authors. The chapters alternate between teachings about the cancer journey and the true stories of people who have struggled on that journey. The book is divided into four sections: empowering the body, settling the mind, reframing distressing thoughts, and reclaiming our wholeness.
