Positive Communication- The Open Dementia Programme
Description:
These 20-30 minute modules of the Open Dementia e-Learning Programme are designed for anyone who has contact with someone with dementia. They contain both audio and video components and address: helping a person with dementia understand our message, helping a person with dementia make themselves understood, communicating with people experiencing a different reality, and the importance of non-verbal communication.
