Patient Dignity Inventory
Description:
The Patient Dignity Inventory is an assessment tool that is easily administered (as either a self report or an instrument that could be read aloud) to help quantify the extent to which symptom distress, concerns about dependency, peace of mind, and social support are a problem for the person.
