Cancer Info-kit for First Nations of Quebec
Description:
This Cancer Info-Kit, funded through Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, is intended for caregivers working with First Nations. It is a synthesis of knowledge related to the problem of cancer in general and particularly its impact on the Aboriginal population of Quebec. It provides information on the continuum of care and services, from prevention to palliative care, while overseeing cancer treatment as well as symptoms of the disease, its detection, diagnosis and follow-up. Also available in French.
