This guideline provides professional health care providers with recommendations regarding the routine, systematic, and standardized assessment of psychosocial health care needs of adults affected by cancer. It was created through a collaborative partnership between the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer and Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology.
